Customer Success Specialist
We are growing and in need of a superstar to keep it up. We’re looking for a flexible go-getter who will help us help others.
Customer success specialist responsibilities include understanding our clients needs, managing and acquiring leads and building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities. you should have hands-on experience with customer relations.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent relationships with our clients, and make MSL as great as it can be.
Responsibilities:

Delivering a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines.

Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.

Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members. campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies.

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.

Excelling in a fast paced, collaborative environment that requires accuracy, multitasking and effective communication.

Navigating multiple computer systems; researching and assessing customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.

Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
